Maisaa Zaza founded Future Beyond Charity in 2018 after working for several years at a nonprofit in Houston. With over fifteen years of experience as a nurse and hospital manager before coming to the United States, she brought both healthcare expertise and a passion for helping others to her new organization. Future Beyond Charity believes that every person has the potential to achieve greatness, and they work to help refugees, immigrants, and low-income families realize that potential through education, health services, and job training programs.
Future Beyond Charity creates safe spaces where people can build confidence, connect with their community, and maintain their cultural identity while learning American systems. Their team includes experienced professionals who bring expertise to their work. Programs like “Grandmother’s House” provide female refugees, immigrants, and New Americans with a place of trust and peace where they can talk through challenges and find solutions.
Comprehensive citizenship preparation helps families build bridges between their heritage and their American dreams. Through education, health services, and job training programs, Future Beyond Charity ensures that people don’t just survive in their new home – they thrive. Every program is designed to help individuals and families feel confident, connected, and proud of both where they came from and where they’re building their future.
